NDJ Consulting provide specialist recruitment services to support Client organisations (including within the FTSE 250, Fortune 500) undertake significant Finance/HR/Business Transformation and Change Programmes, incorporating Shared Services (Outsourcing, Off-Shoring) and ERP Implementations/Upgrades

NDJ Consulting provides the following recruitment services to Client/Companies who are looking to streamline their business; improve operational efficiency; set up Centres of Excellence; implement new Systems; re-engineer or standardise Business Processes and Procedures and who may be about to undertake any Project that affects People, Process and Change.

Key Services cover the following;

Independent Contractor Resource             £500 – £2000/day

  • Independent Contractors come from a variety of backgrounds, eg “Big 4” Consulting or Niche Consulting Firms and can bring a wealth of experience gained from supporting major Transformation/Change Programmes covering a cross-section of industry sectors and geographic regions – hence they will have experienced the challenges that organisations can/will face and have the necessary “battle scars” to help steer the “right” course and deliver effective outcomes
  • Contractors have the ability to seamlessly engage on Programmes, working alongside staff often seconded from the Business and provide the specialist expertise/knowledge required which may involve the need for capable Stakeholder engagement capability – importantly they are totally impartial ie working in the Clients interests (a critical factor when engaging Systems Integrators and 3rd Party Consultancies)


Interim Project Resource                             £800 – £2000/day

  • “Interims” are often required to fulfil an “Operational” role but with a defined remit, set of objectives and to an agreed timeline
  • Typically an individual will be a “Career Interim” ie well qualified, very experienced, having undertaken similar roles or faced similar situations in other Companies/Organisations and quite often will be seen as a “specialist” eg Industry Sector; Technology platform; Turnaround of failing Programmes/Projects; developing Business Cases/Target Operating Models; Outsourcing; Off-shoring etc


Permanent Recruitment                               £50K – £200K pa

  • Includes positions covering Board/Exec Level – FD/HRD/Programme Dir and Business Transformation Director to Business Partner and Process Analysts
  • Utilising a variety of methods to attract high-calibre resources (passive and active jobseekers), including extensive networking and advertising as appropriate eg on-line job boards and internet advertising
