Hi – I’m Neil Jury, an Independent Recruiter and the Director of NDJ Consulting – I specialise in resourcing for Finance/HR and Business Transformation and Change Programmes, incorporating Shared Services, Outsourcing, Off-shoring and ERP Systems Projects.

I work with a variety of companies across a wide spectrum of industry sectors, but by the very nature of major Transformation Programmes, these typically include some of the FTSE 250 and Fortune 50.

I don’t believe in “a one-size fits all” service offering – I’m not a “commodity recruiter” and only handle a manageable number of assignments at any one time – this ensures that I can focus valuable time and effort on “delivering” results for your company.

I work entirely independently; so I can provide your business complete personal and professional attention.

When I established my own business in 2007, I made the conscious decision not to rely on Admin support, Researchers or other Consultants – quite simply, I handle every assignment personally from “start to finish” – from the initial brief; identifying relevant/qualified candidates; closely managing the interview process (prepping and providing quality feedback to all parties) right the way through to a successful appointment.

I have no plans or desire to build a “Recruitment empire”; I want to keep my business model “Simple”, “Focussed” “Professional” and “Streamlined”.

The majority of my business comes either directly or indirectly from my extensive network of contacts which have been generated over the past 40 years – I find that referrals and recommendations are by far the best way of doing business, borne out by the assignments I have successfully filled over the years, which include Tate & Lyle; Greene King; EDF Energy; Regus; Travelport; ASOS and Balfour Beatty.
