NDJ have supported a number of Business-critical Finance/HR and SAP related Projects, including;
- Finance Process Consultant – M/End Close (20 mths) – period end processes and implement immediate improvements, with the Energy Sourcing and Customer Supply (ESCS) division of EDF Energy
- Finance Process Consultant – CoA (5 mths) – design and development of Chart of Accounts
- SAP Functional Consultant (12 mths) – as part of “One Finance” Group Transformation Programme – streamlining of reporting processes and the introduction of new BI reports
- Business Architect/Project Manager (6 mths) – supported the development of the Transformation Roadmap for ESCS Finance
- People Change & Communications Mgr (7 mths) – Business Change and Transformation project, including Training and Stakeholder Mapping
